What items can’t you take?
We do not take hazardous chemicals, paint or liquids, asbestos or suspect materials, medical waste, needles, biohazards, bedbug-infested items, explosives or pressurized cylinders. Pianos, safes, hot tubs, demolition debris, dirt, concrete, roofing, tires, electronics and refrigerant appliances are outside our initial service menu.
Is the photo estimate the final price?
Photos help us prepare an estimate. We confirm the actual items, access, any delivery details and final price before loading. Any change in scope or price needs your approval before we proceed.
Do I need to move everything to the curb?
Tell us where the items are and include any stairs, long carries or tight doorways. Access affects the quote. We’ll confirm a safe pickup plan before booking.

How do I book and pay?
